The Leadership Capstone Program, which launched this year, provides students an opportunity to engage in meaningful leadership development in a small group cohort setting. Students apply to the program in their junior year and, once accepted, they serve in a leadership capacity on campus or in the surrounding community. They also engage in individual coaching sessions with a member of the University community, attend small group meetings and create a capstone presentation.
