Fifty years ago, we walked onto our graduation stage, set up on the grounds of the Jesuit Estate, and accepted our diplomas from The University of Scranton. Many of us were the first in our families to attend and graduate from college. All of us were proud of this important milestone. The impact that our Jesuit education has on our daily lives is substantial. The decisions we made and the successes we achieved are rooted in the values we learned at our alma mater. As part of our 50th reunion celebration, we became members of The Estate Society, which honors alumni and friends who have designated the University as a recipient in their estate plans.
By choosing one of the options to the left, you will leave a legacy and make a difference in the future of a student who is living and learning the same Jesuit values and traditions as we did 50 years ago.
With smart planning, you may actually increase the size of your estate and/or reduce the tax burden on your heirs. Just as importantly, you will know that you have made a meaningful contribution to The University of Scranton.
